Summary0000147: Stay On Top interfering with controls
DescriptionWhen setting the stayOnTop property of the main form, other controls such as Edit Boxes and Labels become unselectable in the Form Editor. Of course they can still be edited in the source code.

say i have a group box with the stay on top set to true.
in the form editor then anything that is parented by said group box becomes untouchable to the mouse
i believe the same is true when i set the form to stayontop
