| Summary | 0000296: ide crashes when debugging segfault | ||||
| Description | In Windows XP, when running my program it crashes due to a segfault. When I then run it in debug mode (F5) immediately afterward, the debugger tracks the segfault. First I exit the debugger (Shift F5), and then after that the IDE will crash when attempting to do something else, that "something" however, varies. Sometimes it will crash when saving, typing, executing, or searching for text. | ||||

When trying to step through the program right from the beginning (F11) the IDE freezes and does not step past the first call to main on the call stack. Need to close the IDE with Ctrl + Alt + Del. |

Closing this issue as it is old and probably fixed, but it lacks a clear reproduction scenario to confirm. |
